We offer flexible access options to accommodate a variety of community, educational, and event-based activities within our fully equipped auditorium featuring tiered seating for up to 300 guests, stage, screen, projector, and PA/sound system.

🗓️ 4 Hour Access

$400 – Non-Monetized Events (additional hours are $100 per hour & must be added at the time of booking)

$750 – Monetized Events (additional hours are $190 per hour & must be added at the time of booking)

🔒 Deposits & Requirements

A Facility Access Deposit of 50% is required to secure your date
Final balance is due prior to scheduled access

⚖️ Important Usage Information

Facility access is provided on a scheduled, non-exclusive basis
This is a Facility Use License, not a rental or lease
All activities must align with community, educational, or program-based purposes
Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking window

Cleaning and damage fees may apply if applicable
Security or supervision may be required for large events
Equipment usage may be limited or require approval

🔒 Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled date and time. Requests made within less than 72 hours of the scheduled booking may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of all payments.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and organizational approval.
